Great response

<p>I requested that a deceased person's account be closed. The response was immediate and sympatheic. I was able to close the 2 accounts in a matter of days. This was a great relief as I had foreseen a long and cumbersome process. The sympathetic manner in which it was handled by Katie, Arianna and Bobs eased the pain of my loss and allowed me to get one step further in wrapping up matters pertaining to the estate.
