Please beware of businesses using the Facebook platform to advertise and promote their products. Milo Designs has been using Facebook since 2017 and are getting new customers to ***** everyday. The Facebook platform allows them to mute comments and to block users from sharing their bad experiences which in turn results in uninformed decisions being made. This company has been reported to the NCC, the Ombud and have ********** cases against them, yet they are still using the Facebook platform.
