FB Site complaint.

Hi I'm not sure how to explain this,but I will be brief.

I have a construction business,so I added a new site controlled by my profile.

After I created this site I received an invite to boost the number of viewers by x amount. Now, at the time I was pretty sure it was like a dollar a day,which Is agreed to until I got charged like R130 daily.

I stopped all payment and numerously emailed FB and responded to mails I have received from "Meta" stating the site was shut down and I have violated the system etc.

Needless to say, being desperate to resolve this I got to a site named "FB Support Group". After posting my complaint, I was contacted by a number people who claimed to be able to assist. After dealing with only one individual in "sorting" this, I was send a message the site is online and all is back to "normal" at which I thanked the "person" who helped me and told them I will get it operational when I have time to do so.

Anyway, I also received a message on messenger stating that by paying a fee of $85 I can upgrade all as the old certificate is still valid etc, I don't understand all this but I'm tired of all this bull as at the end of business today I received another email demanding payment!! I'm fed up with this, no response from FB, help, just had enough!!

My question, how where and what to do to resolve this?

I'm not sure if FB is aware of this, seems like it's "hacked"?

Maybe you can help, not sure but would appreciate any help.
