Facebook unsupportive

My Facebook was hacked and still is, due to my own stupidity. However I have been trying for 3 weeks to recover my account because the hacker is posting on my behalf and ****ming my Facebook friends. The hacker has changed my email address and phone number. I implemented all of Facebook recover methods and they do not work. I cannot mail Facebook and contact them in any way. Facebook has grown to such a wealthy company that they are not interested in your problem. There attitude is that there is no option of recovering or even deleting the hacked account. Even when I us a friends help to report my hacked account I do not get a respond from Facebook. I can prove my account and yet Facebook is not interested, well I don't even know if Facebook will get to read this. (Facebook isn't claimed on Hellopeter)
