Facebook Support System Please Attend Your Queries

I have contacted Facebook support system to assist with accessing my account but still no one has gotten back to me.

I tried to access my account and ended up putting in wrong passwords and it kicked me out and gave me an option to re create another account.

I emailed with all the information on Friday last week and still no response.

I would like to keep my main account because it has a lot of pictures and memories.

Starting over an account is so much work more especially if I have an account that I created 2009.
