Facebook Services The Lack Of It!!!!

I nearly lost my cool its my first time to use hellopeter and the first question im asked is log in via facebook or twitter?????

Thats the ****** problem i have been trying for days and days to reset my facebook passwoord!!!!! They keep on telling me i have tried to many times and keep on sending same reset code over and over then they have the ****** cheek to tell me incorrect code!!! Then I provide them step by step my snapshot with new passcode two days ago and quess what still no facebook for me!!!!!!!!
