Facebook pathetic

My profile got hacked and my email and password changed and when trying to connect with Facebook customer care, I keep getting the same copy and paste response no matter what I tell them. Their links don't work as I don't have access anymore to my profile and no one wants to help - really pathetic considering I have been on Facebook for more than 15 years and have now lost so many photos and memories and for Facebook they couldn't give a rats ass as if it was my fault that my profile got hacked, no it was theirs and their sh*t security so pls if you have a Facebook profile I would rather cancel your profile and not even bother cause when your profile gets hacked and taken away from you, you will loose everything that is dear to you
