Facebook Page Hacked

Hacked Facebook Account On 15 February at 6am my Facebook account had been hacked!

I received an email that my e-mail address has been changed to a blackston,*** if this was not me I need to secure my account. When trying to do so I am not able as Facebook keeps telling me that I am using an unknown device and must try to connect and change my password on a known device. I only use my laptop and my work desktop PC and my Cell Phone to access my Facebook since 2008...obviously, the chance that I don't have the original device anymore is extremely high after all these years.

So I tried to use my e-mail address but then the e-mail address is this new person and they will receive my code. When trying to contact Support NO ONE answer any e-mails and NONE of the suggestions worked.

I eventually got feedback from the Policy Privacy Department just to tell me that: Hi,

Based on the information provided, we are unable to support your request further. Since we are treating this matter as closed, any responses to this email will not be monitored.

My account is now blocked from Facebook and I have no way to gain access, all my photos, memories, and Business Pages I have created are inaccessible.

I had to create a new page to tell all my friends that my Profile had been hacked and this new account is one they should use and delete the other account that they still might see on their side.

I tried to find my old Profile but it seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth & cloud.

Some of my Business Pages are still visible but I have no way to access them as I was the only Administrator and creator of those so I cannot maintain them anymore, and can't even delete them.

If there is any way I can gain access to my Business Pages please assist....these are more important to me than my personal profile.

I just wish Facebook would make it easier to contact them cause the e-mail addresses you do find do not work, no response, not even a read receipt to acknowledge that this query was received. All the help on the page does not work, everything is greyed out or there is no way to go further.

I need assistance, please. I realized that so many individuals' accounts are being hacked, my account even had the 2-step verification and that did not stop them from changing my email and password. Also, this thing that you need to access your account from a known device needs to change as there is no way to remember or even have those old devices still. I have been using the same laptop, cell phone, etc for at least the last year+, yet I get this notification...this is ridiculous as the hacker definitely did not use my device to gain access to my details....!!!!!
