FACEBOOK - not taking responsibility for hacked profiles

My facebook has been hacked and someone is using my full profile and pictures and messages my contacts. I have reported the issue several times and facebook will not remove this ****med profile. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now and more and more people are getting messaged via my hacked profile. FACEBOOK this is shocking and I need someone to personally get in touch with me so I can have this rectified as well as a personal message from facebook to the friends now associated with someone THAT IS NOT ME.
