FACEBOOK NON TRANSPARENCY AND NO SUPPORT!!

I am appauld at the fact that suddenly FACEBOOK has no transparency on how to contact to report or as they say make an appeal as every solution says "Log in to your account ...... Etc. And the issue is that suddenly they asked me confirm my name and upload my ID DOC which I did and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK and it simply says "Thanks for your help. we will get back to you if we need further info." No email notification, not any feedback when I give feedback and "reporting" an issue when I do use Google to find an email. Google says it can take between 48 hours and 45 days!???!!?? It's absolutely shocking that there is no support or their solutions. Which are NOT solutions if no actual contact email is given. WHY BOTHER DOING FEEDBACK FORMS AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE FEEDBACK FORMS. FACEBOOK WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????
