Facebook NO Way of reporting account is hacked

I received a couple of emails of my email being removed from my account! I tried reporting but the Facebook page keeps on reporting something has gone wrong on their side!!!

I am locked out, notifications are now sent to the hacker. No way to get help or assistance from Facebook.
