Facebook monetised and pays a page run buy a notorious hacker

There is a lady on Facebook who is monetised and gets paid handsomely by Meta every month. She yesterday confessed to having paid people to hack someone's Facebook page. She boasted that she has enough money to hack anyone who goes against her, and people should tread carefully around her especially those in Africa. The lady who was hacked managed to recover her personal account but her page with 30k followers remains hacked. There is no platform or channel on Facebook where issues like this can be reported. What's sickening about this is that Facebook pays her despite the terror and bullying she unleashes on others. Facebook funds and gives a platform to this unrepentant and proud narcissist and outright ********.
