Facebook Meta customer services sucks!! help me.

My account got hacked and Disabled and I cant find a solution for my problem I run my real estate business with facebook I pay for adds and this is how I get treated. My business page was hacked threw instagram from a random account I dont own. I created a new account just to be suspended just because they think I am not a real person can someone please help me to solve my problem. Meta is nit treating paying customers right and also my facebool was active for almost 20 years and this is happening to inocent people. All my memories is gone. My facebook email is *** and my new account was not on this email. Please help me.
