Facebook making the death of a family member exponentially worse

I am trying to turn my brother's facebook page into a memorial page. They are telling me the information I sent is not matching with the profile but nobody will get back to me and tell me which information is wrong. To make matters worse they won't let me resubmit the information. I waited 24 hours and I still can't resubmit this information. If this had happened a few days after my brother had died instead of a few months I would have had a nervous breakdown. You would thing a touchy subject like this would be handled with at least a little tact. Clearly not. This company is a waste of space.
