Facebook is **** !!!

My account was working fine. Then an hour later when I tried going into my account using my android phone, I get the message my account was blocked??? Which was very strange. So I went through the process off having my account unblocked and changed my password. Now however, I'm unable to use marketplace for some unknown reason and when I click on having it review I get thrown between 2 screens which is off no help whatsoever. Was my account hacked? Was my account reported and for what reason as i have never crossed any rules given by facebook? I would like to have a fully detailed explanation of what happened and why my account was blocked and I'm no longer able to use marketplace. I've been on fb since 2008 and never posting anything which went against their rules. Now finding support and having their mistake fixed is like ****ing into a tornado. They have absolutely no support, yet they sell or info to businesses all over the world. I hope mr. markie z chokes on his poor product !!!!!!
