Facebook is a rip - off

Good day.

I would like to write a review on the poor service that most South Africans are receiving from Facebook. I have sent a series of complaints where I have been harassed by readers on news pages and, most of the time the Admin does not step in - even when I send a complaint. The only option I have been given is to block the person. I find it so unfair that Facebook South Africa does not suspend Facebook users for their bad behaviour like they do internationally. I would think cyber bullying is a challenge that most countries are facing. Why are South Africans not getting as much protection from Facebook and yet we have been supporting Mark Zuckerberg's business venture for years? This is so unfair. When will individuals know when to stop?
