Facebook heartless, thoughless and uncaring behavior

Facebook is a fabulous platform to run your business, just don't get hacked or anything like that, Facebook will treat you like a villian instead of treating you like a victim. Mark Zukerburg like any other person from rugs to riches forgets where he comes from and treats everyone else like trash. Below is the message you will get when trying to get your account reinstated. Cold and inconsiderate, we know that they deal with millions of people, but each of them matter. There are other similar online platforms with better restoration programs because they remember that they deal with people and not machines. We would have expected Zukerburg to master that element as he claims to be the master of the virtual world. Here is his responce when you try to engage him to solve a problem, and its the same message each time you follow his process to appeal:
