Facebook has no support

Its been a month now since my facebook account has been hijacked. I emailed (***) facebook soooo many times to tell them to delete my account and even today the account is still active. I attached whatever proof i have to show that my account is hijacked but still no luck. The person is even using my pictures. What needs to happen first before i get help or get the account deleted.
