Facebook has no helpful I formation i can use

Someone has hijacked my Facebook account. Mr sibusido cool Kruger now has his name brandished across the top of my Facebook page and no matter what I do I cannot get rid of him. Pictures of his friends, his posts and all his other what boys keep popping up. Now I have looked everywhere for help regarding this matter but none is forthcoming. The information given on the help page is useless as I have forgotten my password. Logging out is therefore not an option as a probably will not get I again. I don't want to recover my page. I just want to delete it and start over again. It worries me that this page is connected to my cell number and therefor whoever Mr Cool is, he has access to my contacts, personal information and possibly even my banking info. How do I get rid of him. Facebook has no contact information whereby I can actually talk to someone and since it is against their policy to have more than 1 profile I cannot simply create another one.
