Facebook hackers

My Facebook was hacked few months ago the hacker changed my cell nr and removed my email address tried everything to recovery today the hacker post on my Facebook I messaged him/her the wanted me to what's app them Facebook the SMS me code that they wanted me to what's app them but I did not This is so unfair ********s rule and there is no help from facebook can some one tell me how i can sort this out please.
