Facebook for Business

2 months ago my Facebook business page was hacked. It took 10 years to organically grow the following to over 40K. Several emails and phone calls have happened over this period. Through a connection on LinkedIn Facebook finally retrieved my page from a hacker in Vietnam who owns an online decor store. However, Facebook have not lifted limitations on the page so I can't even change the name back to my own, yet they allowed the hacker to change the name within a day! Totally frustrated with Facebook.
