facebook **** account using my name, surname and pictures

I recently reported a faceboook user who created a **** account using my name, surname and my pictures. This person invited me and my close friends. When i raised it with faceboook they say they have reviewed my case and found that it doesn't go against their community standards. This person poses to my daughter as me. How do they say tgey find nothing wrong. I have then changed my surname but still won't help cause the person pretends to be me
