Facebook dont reply to my emails my Facebook account is hacked

a hacker told me to add their email address to my fb account. I was too stupid to do that. Immediately the ******* has access to my fb account. My entire Facebook account has been hacked. I have sent emails to Facebook many times but they reply nothing back and Facebook let the hacker gain access to my fb account. I was totally kicked out of my fb account. Facebook refuses to help me
