Facebook Doing Nothing about Hacked Account

My Step Moms account has been hacked! We have been reporting it for weeks, even got friends and family to report it but you guys are doing nothing its so frustrating! The recovery software doesn't work, you keep saying you will send an email or text but these details have been change and now this person is *****ing money from people! what are you going to do about this?
