FACEBOOK DOESNT CARE ABOUT MEMORIES

My friend have been trying to recover her facebook account for almost a year now, and facebook refuses to get back to her. She has years and years of memories on her facebook account and cannot access it now because of 3rd party authentication that restricts her from logging in.
