Facebook does nothing when you report. Facebook refuses to protect its users

1) I keep getting sent ads for Smut. The reason for the ads is because I'm 18+, enjoy reading, and am English. The ads come up repeatedly. I have to block each ad. Then it stops for a month or two, and then another wave of new smut page ads fill my screen. I am extremely unsettled by this.

2) I report comments that are a link to ****. Facebook says it doesn't go against their community standards.

3) I report comments that are easily visible as phising ****s. Facebook says it doesn't go against their community standards.

4) I report ads that are falsely claiming to give free accreditation for a certain organisation along with their logos, and I link the Facebook page organisation that is being referred to. Facebook says there's nothing wrong. Even though the organization has posted that those ads are false and have nothing to do with them.
