My ex girlfriend found an old post about my work where by the matter was resolved and reposted it in many facebook groups to alert others that I am a ****mer but this is a false accusation. She posted my picture as well as my wife's picture and my buisness name. She was approached on Facebook to remove the posts but she refuse to do so. It's tarnishing our name and giving my buisness a bad reputation and this is a false accusation. The person who posted the original posts mentioned on some groups that's it's lies and requested it to be removed. Other admins removed it on a few groups but it still exists in other groups, Just battling to get hold of other admins where I can see the posts still exists. I am aware of 2 groups that the post is still on but I'm not sure which other groups it's still on. I dont know which other groups is it still in as I can't see the posts in groups I'm not in. She posted my picture and my wife's picture saying please be on the lookout for this couple taking people's money they go by the company name handyman doug, they are working in the area. She posted the person's messages of the original post with it. She posts them as anonymous but on one group the Bassonia community group she posted it with her name and an admin from one group said it's her. This is tarnishing our names and hindering my work as it's false accusations.People will refuse my services.

I reported it to facebook they say; 'Based on the information provided, it is not clear to us that the content you reported is ******** as defamation. For this reason, we are unable to act on your request. If you haven’t done so already, you may wish to reach out to the party responsible for posting the content to resolve your issue with them directly. For the reasons we previously stated, we're not in a position to restrict access to the content you reported.'

She is damaging our good reputation with false accusations. Our pictures is there without our consent and she is defaming my buisness and our names with false accusations. In comments we even posted Dat she's the jealous ex girlfriend posting as anonymous and using some1 elses messages. On the messages she used you can even see the name of the original person is on it. The proof of the originals person's messages she took was even sent to facebook and they still refusing to take action. Our names and my buisness is getting tarnished with lies and facebook refuses to do anything about it.
