Facebook Blocking is up to sh......t

I am using Facebook as my main Advertising platform and get good sales from my Business Groups on Facebook - I have been blocked from commenting for 7 Days - 7 Days for my Business is a long time - I can't reply to anyone who is querying products or who want specific stock - I can't post my stock on my Groups - I am losing Business and my Business is getting a bad name for not replying to anyone's comments. I was not informed via my Support Inbox that I was blocked neither did they tell me why I was blocked, I got an error message when I wanted to comment to a client that I was blocked from commenting for seven days. Help and Support also does not return any messages and appealing the blocking is to no avail, This is really very bad service from Facebook it is actually discusting
