Sadly Facebooks' Meta system unpublished my Facebook business page😪

The reason: I went against Facebook community standards on spam.

My page was unpublished a week ago. It's been a very frustrating week to try and communicate with robots regarding reinstating my page. My page was started 3 years ago to promote our beautiful Kosi Bay area and also accommodation options and activities. I have more than 25 000 followers.

I honestly spend a lot of time creating my posts and find it difficult to understand why my posts are seen as spam.

All I want, is to speak to a human on the other side to tell me what I did wrong to rectify the problem. Reviewing can take up to 3 months as per the information.

Any Facebook user can report a posting, the options given to complain are limited, so the easiest option to choose is Spam. These complaints received are system generated and I believe that reported postings are not properly investigated before suspending an account.
