Facebook allows **** accounts using that are using children under the age of 10

Someone has opened a account using my granddaughters name and surname she is 9 years old. They have taken a picture of her mother and are using this as her profile picture. We have tried many many times to have Facebook remove the account. We keep getting told that they find nothing suspicious and will not take the account down. Her mother has tried to no avail.

We do not know what to do any longer as this is absolutely ridiculous. Facebook does not a a drop down for underaged children or for one to log the case. They ignore the entire issue.

The account name is Rubey Magalhaes. Her mothers account is Lauren can Rooyen. Face book can see without a doubt that this is not a healthy account using a child.

The account must be removed immediately
