FACEBOOK

Please urgently help me, my Facebook account has been suspended due to an instagram account not following their rules and the instagram account in question IS NOT EVEN MINE!!!!!!So how the hell am I suppose to appeal, and there is absolutely no way to contact facebook for help without logging in WHICH I CANNOT do!!!!!!!
