Facebook account Block, Disabled, Deleted or something...

My account has been off from 18/07/2019, I have tried everything I can, even had my Brother In-law try, but nothing. There is no contact info for any assistance regarding this problem. The Facebook Help Center is anything but help full.... Please see below, that was send to some emails that I found, but I am sure that it doesn't work as I have had no reply yet...

Hi I’ve a problem that my account was disabled, while I don’t actually know why this happened, I’m trying to use the contact us link to make an appeal, but nothing works.

Please help me to get back my account ASAP as I really need it...
