FACEBOOK - Absence of human control and intervention

I am disappointed by the fact that I can not delete an image that is degrading and embarrassing mentioning a lie about someone and has created hate amongst the community against them, as a professional Facebook user I have realised that I have no access to human responding to me with such a serious problem, I have complained and tried to delete the post but it keeps showing up please help me
