Duplicate accounts on Facebook not taken seriously.

A duplicate account in my wife's name was created. I reported it, but the account was not cancelled. Geralda walker account to be deactivated. The one where there is alot of people around a swimming pool,on profile photo. Her name is Geralda Walker-Erasmus, and the account is active.
