DELETING OF PROFILE

After several emails around 10 the profile is still existing and not removed as requested, Then they want proof, how do you delete a profile it you did not create or know the password. Then your request to remove it and you make such a a big issue because of that. This is going on for months. We emailed proof and then the response go to facebook and follow the links!!!! the links do not work. Can it be deleted as requested
