creating false Facebook page

After several request you refuse to take false created Facebook page off. My picture was used, with my name and surname. I have deleted my old profile and created a new one. After email and request you refuse to take it off. You recon me it is not me!!!!!! Wow what do you know. Do you know me as person? So any one can create a false page and have back up from you? What privacy is there ?
