CHANGING OF SURNAME - ERROR WITH NO ASSISTANCE

I have gotten Married on the 3 of November 2023, and I wanted to change my surname - I dont have a new ID yet - as this needs to be done at the Home Affairs office, but everytime I want to change my surname to the new one- IT throws out an error - BUT with Instagram and TIKTOK there is no problem with changing my surname - this is absolutely ridicules and also there is NO WAY to get hold of someone to assist AT ALL - this is very frustrating!!
