Change page is impossible because you can't make contact with a person only a machine

My wife and I are re-branding our small photography business to give it a fresh and modern look. With this re-branding we decided to change the business name because our current name is not the best name for a photography business. Our new name is Lily Apple Photography. Our previous name was Showit Photography. All that is left to do is to change our page name. According to the Page Name changing terms there shouln't be a problem but the Facebook computer doesn't understand what I say when I appeal the decline request. I asked to speak to a human so that I can explain and I also asked various times to explain why my appeal is rejected. The same automated answer is the only one I get no matter what I say or ask. Please help Facebook!
