Business verification rejected repeatedly with no reason and no human support

We're a registered South African company trying to verify our business with Meta so we can use WhatsApp to send daily safety check-ins to elderly residents at a retirement village.

For weeks our verification has been rejected with the same message: "There's a problem with the ID you submitted." We've submitted the director's passport, ID and driver's licence. Our company details match our CIPC registration exactly, and the director's name and date of birth match across every document. No reason is ever given.

We opened three support cases. Each one was answered by an AI agent that suggested posting on a forum, then closed the case. It's almost impossible to reach a real person.

All we want is to be told what's wrong so we can fix it. Small businesses deserve better than this.
