Blocked by Facebook

I have had an account for about 16 years. Got blocked. Facebook says I am not old enough and must send a copy of my ID. I did this twice. No luck, now I am blocked permanently as it says the account has been blocked too long and there is nothing I can do about it. Funny thing is that my name and profile pic shows on the screen, but there is a incorrect email address there too. A Hotmail address. I can't even report this to Facebook.
