Billing issue with adverti*****ts - still not resolved

I am the Facebook admin for ten different Facebook business pages and all these pages are linked to one ad account. After claiming that my company's account has been reactivated - I am still unable to boost any Facebook pages or posts. There is no way to contact Facebook directly and the service that they provide through Facebook support has not been helping at all.
