BAD RESPONCE!

Two-factor authentication.......so i have lost my phone along with the sim card wich was linked with my facebook.......after trying to log in multaple times changing the passeword multiple times and reporting it to facebook multiple times....STILL NO RESPONCE!!!!! this is the second time this is happening i would just like a responce back from them so i can sort out my account!!!!!!!!
