Account hacked, charged for **** Adverts
<p>I have sent the following email to Facebook a few times now, but haven't gotten any response:</p> <p>Hi There<br /><br />On May 24, I received an email saying that someone had tried to log into my facebook account, but that my account was safe. I went to Facebook (not through the email) and changed my password. Later that day I noticed that someone by the name of (***I don't think I'm alllowed to put his name here***) added himself as an admin member on my profile. He then changed all the notification settings, changed my limit and created an ad worth R42000. I noticed this and immediately stopped the ad, But it still cost me more than R5000.</p> <p>Is there a way to get my money back? Who can I contact to get assistance with this issue? I did report his account, and removed my billing info, but this is absolutely not acceptable!<br />I would think that Facebook should at least send a notification when all the notifications re Billing etc. is turned off? </p> <p>Please get back to me as soon as possible. <br />Regards<br />Elzabeth</p>
