Absolutely Disgusted with Facebook

In March this year my Facebook account was hacked. Facebook, without any warning, disabled my account and since then I haven't been unable to get it reinstated.

I have not received a single response to my numerous messages to them via their help centre. I attempted to courier a letter to their Johannesburg office but it was returned. I have searched the internet but there are no contact numbers or email addresses for Facebook.

I have spent thousands over the past years advertising on Facebook and I now cannot access my business profile.

Their lack of customer service is disgusting.
