Unhappy customer

I used this company before and was happy with their service and turnaround time. I placed an order for a service again this year, 2025 and was requested to pay a deposit and it has been more than 7 weeks that we have been given promises that are never fulfilled. We tried on numerous times to follow-up via email, WhatsApp and calls and there is no response, or I am given another empty promise
