Do not do business with F1rstly services
As per all the reviews for F1rstly services do not do any business with them or Dewalt de Beer, he is intentionally *****ing, I have used him multiple times over the last few years and therefore no reason not to trust him so when I called for assistance he quoted upfront for a repair (1st red flag) and then I asked for a quote for a replacement motor which he provided at that point I asked if he is interested in trading my existing motor which is still working where he initially said no so I then told him I am going to get other quotes and will get back to him, a few minutes later (2nd red flag) her contacted me saying he has a customer who wants the motor and will pay R1000 did I agreed and made the deposit for the new motor. And that’s it once he has the money nothing happens. I tried to get the bank to do a reversal at a cost however they came back saying his account has no funds which means he withdraws the money as soon as it lands in the account.

DEWALT DEBEER - From F1rstly Services for Garage Doors.. never deal with this *****.. and I cannot believe that he ****med me.. a pensioner.. I treated him and paid him a deposit.. he never delivered the good or dis not do any work for my trusted payment. Its over a year that he says he will pay back! But never carries out his promises. When someone stops him from doing this... I've got proof.. hes a *****! He operates in Edenvale. BEDFORDVIEW AND HE IS FROM KEMPTON PARK AND also works in Roodepooet! Never trust this company or Dewalt!

Don't use F1rstly Services
Unfortunately same experience as other recent customers. I have used F1rstly Services before without any issues hence I did not do any research upfront. I paid 70% deposit and got then ghosted. Every day new excuses and promises, but never showed up to do the job. Please be aware and don't make any payments before the job is done.

Sadly, another ****mer. Requires 70% deposit then ghosts. I used Dewalt's services twice before with no issues. He actually knows this garage door business, but he chooses to ****, than to work. How sad is that. Please be aware and stay clear of Dewalt. Case details to follow once issued by SAPS.

Unfulfilled Order and Request for Refund
I ordered a gate remote on 25 March, paid, but never received the product. When asked about it, excuses followed. I requested a refund, which was agreed to, but nothing's been paid despite multiple attempts to contact. If you're considering dealing with Dewalt at (F1rstly Service), just be aware.

Unfulfilled Order and Request for Refund

I have just been ****med by Dewald from F1rstly Services, I contacted Dewald to repair my garage door, he self diagnosed the issue over Whatsapp (Red flag already) and requested I pay 70% deposit (R4600) to order the parts from the supplier which I did as I was desperate! He promises he would come fit the part that afternoon however the excuses started to roll. Every day was story about how the supplier is messing him around, after a week I asked for a refund and he said ok but he needs to request the refund from the supplier. That's when I googled F1rstly Services and it dawned on me this guy is proper ****b bag and he does this all the time. Look it is my bad for not doing my homework and it has taught me a lesson. I have opened a case at the police station and dealing with the ***** department at the bank.

As of today, no work has been done, and I have received repeated excuses rather than delivery or refund. Do not trust this company or Dewald. Be warned he trades under other company names as well.
