Poor Service and Unfulfilled Commitments

I engaged Dewaldt from F1rstly Services to replace a snapped cable and install a new garage motor. I was asked to pay a 70% deposit upfront. After payment, I experienced significant delays and had to follow up repeatedly for weeks before receiving any commitment to complete the work.

When work eventually began, it was done by subcontractors and resulted in damage to my garage. After that, communication became inconsistent, and the job was left incomplete. I received multiple excuses for delays, including personal and logistical issues.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The owner Dewaldt is a big ****. He will take your money, come up with multiple excuses and leave you in a bigger mess than you were before.

Stay away if you want peace in your life. They don't even deserve a 1 star to be honest!
