F1rstly Services - Dishonest Service Provider

Please do not use F1rstly Services owned by Mr. D. De Wett. I made the fundamental mistake of dealing with them directly without checking their reviews on social media first as they were referred to me by a trusted contact. They have a full-on website with email addresses only and a cell number but to not respond to emails or any correspondence in writing. They also do not take calls once they receive your money and only respond via WhatsApp. Only after paying for services that I never received did I realize that they also do not have any physical address anywhere on their profiles.

Based on my experience, which aligns to others who have also complained publicly, they are dishonest and have appeared to have allegedly committed *****ulent activities in that they took my money and never installed the goods.

I paid R6000,00 for a garage motor replacement and overall service on 04 September 2025 and that is when the stories started as per below verbatim.

1. 04 September 2005 - Ordered the goods from their supplier and was expecting delivery same day.

2. 05 September 2025 - Centurion was messing around with their supplier and did not deliver on the 04th. They were at the supplier at 07:53 waiting for them to open but later asked to come though on Monday 08 September 2025. Also stated that they have all the parts.

3. 08 September 2025 - Waiting for his bakkie from the mechanics. Was repaired over the weekend but it needed just one small part. Later on, that day they asked to come through on 09 September or they will do a refund. 4. 09 September - 18 September 2025 - Various excuses including being involved in an accident (this was the same excise given to others who complained on social media as well).

Continuous promises to come through every day to do the job changed to reimbursing me in full and then more stories as to why they cannot refund me my money that he has in his possession.

This review is to raise awareness so that other innocent people will not have to go through what I went through.
