F1rstly Services - Dewald De Beer - ****mer

I have just been ****med by Dewald from F1rstly Services,

I contacted Dewald to repair my garage door, he self diagnosed the issue over Whatsapp (Red flag already) and requested I pay 70% deposit (R4600) to order the parts from the supplier which I did as I was desperate! He promises he would come fit the part that afternoon however the excuses started to roll. Every day was story about how the supplier is messing him around, after a week I asked for a refund and he said ok but he needs to request the refund from the supplier. That's when I googled F1rstly Services and it dawned on me this guy is proper ****b bag and he does this all the time. Look it is my bad for not doing my homework and it has taught me a lesson.

I have opened a case at the police station and dealing with the ***** department at the bank.
