Empty promises, no service and no refund.

I asked F1rstly Services to help me replace a wooden panel on my garage door in February this year. I was given a quote and asked to pay a 70% deposit of R3010 which I did. I was told the panel is being made. After multiple promises to come and install the panel, multiple no-shows and empty promises over March and April - I asked for my money back. I was told I would be refunded and my money paid back. I have followed up with no response from the owner - up until today I have no refund.
